Just what is planned for Skippings Farm?

According to NSE planning application 2004/859/CH - NOTHING!   Skippings Farm presents some development opportunities for the NSE, but also some risks.  The map below was taken from the NSE's planning application documentation:

sense have added:
1. The Colne Valley Park boundary (in Green),
2.  Skippings Farmyard area (in Red), and
3. The 'Road to Nowhere' road start on Chesham Lane ("A").

The NSE appear keen to build the 'Road to Nowhere' through the Colne Valley Park, despite agricultural access no longer being relevant.  Yet it's a convoluted route to go around Skipings Farmhouse to get back into the main site.  If there was any serious volume of traffic (and if it's worth building a new road, there must be a presumption there will be a serious volume) anyone living in the Farmhouse or cottages would suffer hugely.

Coincidently, the Skippings buildings that have lasted well over 100 years have fallen into some disrepair since approximately 2001.

Although the NSE's planning application excludes Skippings Farm buildings entirely, the above map is nicely coloured in for Skippings Farm as well as the main planning application site - but nowhere else!  The red dot at the 'Road to Nowhere' road start on Chesham Lane ("A") ia annotated "Approved Access to Skippings Farm (Unimplemented)".

So just what is planned for Skippings Farm?
