Other Matters

The local community has supported the NSE's presence within its midst for a long time.

We'd like to go on supporting it - and see it grow sensibly and improve standards.

But the NSE's plans:
Have no regard to the community in which they exist.
   Are hugely over-egged.
   Fail to disclose a longer-term strategy/commitment.
Do not encourage integration at any level

Accordingly, should their plan be implemented, sense foresee:
A 3-way split in the community
The loss of village character, Green Belt land and amenity
A marked increase in disruption, pollution and noise

The NSE is not discussing a range of options. There is only one. Accordingly sense see no reasonable course of action other than to oppose the NSE's plan in its entirety.
