| sense
is open to all people who oppose the NSE's housing development scheme
in whole or in part. We are an organisation supporting the local community
and in turn need support from the local community to function effectively.
The specific areas we need help in are: |
| |
Funding: |
We
need cash to operate. Not a massive amount, but enough to obtain necessary
information, distribute circulars and focus opposition actions. Many
local people are providing materials free or at cost (EVERYONE is
providing their services free).
We require a substantial sum to pay for the services of a barrister
(Kate Olley of Landmark Chambers) to represent us at the Planning
Inquiry. The Parish Council have contributed generously, but we still
need more. If you are able to help, sending a cheque
payable to sense to 'The Treasurer' at the address below
would be very much appreciated. There is no onward obligation if you
help now. |

distribute newsletters and be receptive to concerns and suggestions
from your neighbourhood so these can be fed back into the campaign. |

Experts: |
We
are looking to augment our existing volunteers. All the obvious
experiences and skills are sought, viz:
Local/central government planners, surveyors, building contractors,
politicians, accountants, lawyers, care workers, PR experts, IT
professionals etc.
|
Remember:
The more people that join and participate, the louder our voice
and the less the effort required from individuals.
